Kenneth J. Van Liew, P.E.

Founder of KJV Development Corporation, 1996, a Real Estate Development, Construction Management and Consulting Firm, Mr. Van Liew has financed and managed real estate developments in excess of 1.2 billion dollars. Author of the bestselling book: Create & Master Clients for Life.

Prior to KJV Development, Mr. Van Liew served as Vice President, Davis & Partners, Project Executive, Lehrer McGovern Bovis and Project Manager, The LeFrak Organization spearheading the real estate development, finance and construction business for over 25 years. He presently invests and manages projects for fees and equity in New York City and has personally developed a 72,000 sf, 90 unit residential facility an "8 figure real estate development with NO MONEY." He has performed every aspect of the acquisition, conceptual design, engineering, real estate development, finance, construction and property management process and provides hands-on education in every aspect of the business.

Mr. Van Liew is a real estate development and business systems expert. He has lectured at New York University, Real Estate Institute and Rutgers University, College of Engineering. He holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development & Finance, New York University, Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Civil Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Graduate Research at Rutgers University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware, Licensed Site Safety Manager, New York City and Licensed Real Estate Agent, New Jersey. He is a Member of the National Home Builders Association, National Society of Professional Engineers and New Jersey Professional Engineers Society.

Ken resides in Cranford, New Jersey, married to his wife Terry for 20 years, Michael & Alyse, 15 year old twins, Courtney, 10 and Midas our boxer. He is a Senior Leader in the Anthony Robbins Organization and Assistant Scout Master, Boy Scouts of America.
